The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faz.net\/s\/RubFED172A9E10F46B3A5F01B02098C0C8D\/Doc~E957AE0297C924C76955EDCF6857285DE~ATpl~Ecommon~Scontent.html\">Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung <\/a>reports that massive numbers of apartemts have to be demolished. There are now 82 million people living in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Germany<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>; by 2050 there will be only 70 million. Even by 2020 there will be 350,000 fewer households, and therefore a need for 350,000 fewer apartments.<\/font><o:p><font face=\"Times New Roman\">\u00a0<\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">The population decline is masked because some cities, like <st1:city w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Munich<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>, are still growing.
