Her second husband, Claus von Bulow, was convicted in one trial,\u00a0but after employing Alan Dershowitz, was\u00a0acquitted in a second trial of\u00a0attempting to murder his wife.<\/p>\n<p>The articles on\u00a0her death do not mention the curious involvment of the the sexually abusive\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.podles.org\/case-studies\/files\/Philip-Magaldi-Case-Study.pdf\">Rev. Philip Magaldi<\/a>, who perjured himself in an attempt to exonerate Claus von Bulow.
